The Sennerei Westendorf is a small, family-run dairy in the village. Among other things it makes Tilsiter, Bergkäse, beer cheese and Brodakas, as well as butter, yoghurt, cream and curd. Brodakas is a sour-milk cheese and a Brixental speciality that, according to tourist information, is only available here.
