It is not about expensive bottles but about a wine that suits you and your plate. Do ask for advice: with a stew you choose something different than with fish or a light starter.
The wine cellar
The hotel's wine cellar is an atmospheric room with wooden racks holding the bottles on their sides, an oak barrel and a long table with chairs, glasses and candles. This way you can sit and taste among the wines instead of at an ordinary restaurant table.

The wine offer: mostly Austrian
For a Tyrolean hotel it is the obvious choice: the Wastlhof wine list has plenty of Austrian wines. The hotel makes its own selection and regularly tastes new wines to add to the list. The Austrian wines cover a wide range, from light white wines to powerful reds.
