Kaiserbad Ellmau
Pool complex with outdoor pool and natural pond below the Wilder Kaiser
The Kaiserbad is in Ellmau at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. The complex has an indoor adventure pool with a whirlpool, a current channel and three large water slides, a heated outdoor pool you can swim to straight from the indoor pool, and a natural swimming pond with a diving tower. In summer a large water slide is added.
For children there are a paddling pool, a playground, a beach volleyball court and the kids' world Ellmi's Friends. There is also a wellness area with, among other things, a stone pine sauna, a salt steam bath and infrared cabins, plus a climbing hall. Because part of it is indoors, the Kaiserbad works in bad weather too. For families it makes a good half or full day, about 35 minutes by car from Niederau.
