Lift, walking paths and mountain biking in the SkiWelt village of Söll
Söll lies at the foot of the Hohe Salve (1,829 m), one of Tyrol's best-known viewpoint mountains, and belongs to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. In summer the Hochsöll gondola takes you up to Hexenwasser at about 1,355 m, a themed mountain area with water stations, a bee house and witch stories. A second gondola section continues to the summit.
On top stands the Salvenkirchlein, the highest pilgrimage church in Austria, with a mountain restaurant next to it. From the summit you can see around seventy peaks above 3,000 m. A lift at the top station makes the summit accessible without steps. For children there are, among other things, a sky labyrinth and planet ball runs. Walkers find panorama paths here, and cyclists a circular route of about 37 km around the mountain. It is an easy outing, about 35 minutes from Niederau.
