Patting-Hochriesblick Golf Course
Two nine-hole courses, one playable in both directions
Between the Chiemsee and the Simssee, near Riedering, lies Patting-Hochriesblick golf facility. It was rebuilt between 2016 and 2019 by the architect team of Hendrick Hilgert and Frank Pont (Infinite Variety). Since 2019 there have been two nine-hole courses: the Reversible course (par 35), playable in both directions, and the shorter Kampenwand course (par 29).
According to one source the Reversible course is the only one of its kind in Germany. The Kampenwand course suits a quick round. The facility looks out over the Kampenwand, Hochries and Wendelstein mountains. It is a privately run golf facility rather than a club; check conditions for guests beforehand.
