The championship course of Innsbruck-Igls Golf Club lies near Rinn, on the plateau on the southern slopes of the Glungezer. After a two-year renovation the 18-hole course reopened in 2024. It is a par 71; from the white tees it measures around 6,050 m, with an elevation change of nearly 250 m.
The fairways run across the plateau like two concentric circles and are partly hilly. According to a German-language source, hole 12 has an island green. Guests should expect to book in advance and show proof of handicap. The season runs from about April to October. Expect a drive through the Inn valley towards Innsbruck: this is an outing for those who want to give a whole day to golf.
