The Liftcafé Heisn is in Reith im Alpbachtal, right beside the valley station of the Reitherkogelbahn. That makes it a handy stop before you head up or once you are back down. Inside there is room for about 130 guests, with around 60 more places for larger groups.
The cooking is traditional Tyrolean. Outside is a sunny terrace with views of the mountains and the piste, a play area for children and car parking. The official Ski Juwel site also lists it among the summer mountain huts, so it is not only a winter address. A nearby holiday-let host mentions that guests can book half board here. From Niederau it is a drive along the valley, not a hut you ski to.
