Swarovski Crystal Worlds
Art and crystal in and beneath the Giant at Wattens, with a play tower
The Swarovski Crystal Worlds are in Wattens, next to the crystal company's headquarters. The entrance is the head of a giant about 17 m tall with a stream of water from its mouth; beneath it lie the Chambers of Wonder, a series of artistic rooms combining crystal, light and art.
For families there is a play tower on four levels and a maze, plus a park with artworks. It is an indoor-friendly programme that also works in poor weather. Allow two to three hours, and check current opening hours and admission prices on the official site beforehand; there is also a shop and a restaurant.
