A flat ride along the river through the Zillertal

The Zillertal cycle path is about 30 km long and follows the valley floor. It branches off the Inn cycle path at the Ziller bridge and runs via Uderns, Kaltenbach and Aschau alongside the Zillertalbahn to Zell am Ziller, then along the river to Mayrhofen.

The route is almost flat and popular with families. You can ride sections, for example Mayrhofen to Zell am Ziller, and return by train or bus. Zell am Ziller is a good lunch stop. Check beforehand whether the train carries bikes.
