Wellness and relaxation in the Wildschönau · Summer

Yoga on the alp

Stretch and breathe with a view over the valley

In summer, yoga is taught in the Wildschönau at the Vordere Feldalm, an alpine meadow at about 1,700 m with wide views. A yoga teacher runs classes regularly, usually on Thursdays, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. There are versions with an alpine breakfast (yoga brunch) or a snack at sunset.

A class lasts about 75 minutes plus relaxation and a shared closing snack, in a small group (at most eight participants). You do breathing and balance exercises and classic poses such as sun salutations. You walk or cycle to the alp, or park at Horler Stigl and hike for a good hour. Ask about the age limit, dates and cost, and book in advance.
