Between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern, near Mittersill in the municipality of Stuhlfelden, lies an 18-hole par-70 course. It opened in 1999 and measures 5,720 m from the yellow tees and 5,056 m from the red. The terrain is flat and green, with hay barns, a few ponds and a small stream, and the mountains of the national park as a backdrop.
The last hole is a par 3 with an island green right in front of the clubhouse terrace, so you finish your round in view of other guests. Thanks to the flat ground the course is easy to walk without a buggy. Mittersill lies on the south side of the Pass Thurn, so a round here can be combined with a drive through the Pinzgau.
